Eva Maria Marold “Women and children first”
About the event
A sea voyage is fun, a sea voyage is beautiful.
Eva Maria Marold has accepted an engagement as a singer on a large cruise ship. Dream job or disaster? The ocean is infinitely vast, the cabins are outrageously cramped and the passengers are unbearably human. Fortunately, there are also Eva's great musicians (non-swimmers) who support her not only musically, but also morally. The mood holds. The weather and the hairstyle too. Until suddenly, in the middle of one of the countless oceans, the ship gets into distress. In fast motion, Eva's life passes before her mind's eye. What was actually important, right, necessary, meaningful?!
In her new program “Women and children first”, directed by Captain Serge Falck, Eva Maria Marold takes you on a humorous, and at times ironic and sarcastic journey on the cruise ship “Costa Dekadenzia”. The air on the high seas is rough. The tone of conversation sometimes too. And the difference between “singing” and “sinking” is a small but very essential one.
