About the band
„Hofrat Geiger“ is an eccentric Viennese music-cabaret ensemble from Bruck/Leitha. In a colorful mixture of jazz, wit (Schmäh), and the charm of Viennese songs, the quintet performs under the lead of a fictional, never-present Hofrat (Court Councilor). A multicultural space of musicians, humorous wordplay, and virtuoso playing, presented regularly at Kultur-Donnerstag events in the „Herzstück“ Bruck.
